I help people get to the root of whatever their challenge is, whatever is causing their problems and heal... RESULTING IN LASTING CHANGE IN THEIR LIVES. We are all born with the ability to let go of the negative feelings and thoughts that are holding us back. These emotions and thoughts are destructive to our bodies, ourselves and the people around us. When the feelings of anger, fear, guilt, grief, stress and sadness come to the surface we try to suppress them, cope with them, vent them or numb them with alcohol, drugs and medication. The mind chatter that says we're not good enough, not deserving, not worthy, not whatever enough causes us to self sabotage. This is what gets in our way...BLOCKING us from living the life we are truly meant to live. It builds up effecting our health, happiness and well being, keeping us stuck. |

Some of these programs are negative, creating viruses just like a computer. These programs effect our success, happiness, peace of mind and much more. And like a computer the mind can be reprogrammed. We can let go of what is no longer serving us. I believe we are Spiritual beings having this human experience. Our mind, body and spirit are connected. And everything we want is already within us. |
